ArtsphereEditorial: Moko Khachatryan is an Armenian artist, born on September 26, 1969, in Yerevan to the family of the renowned painter Rudolf Khachatryan. She grew up surrounded by an atmosphere of art and began drawing at the age of two or three.

She studied at the Yerevan Panos Terlemezian Art College and later at the Yerevan State Institute of Fine Arts (now the Yerevan State Academy of Fine Arts).

In her creative work, Moko Khachatryan focuses on abstraction, where the priority is not the plot but the emotions and inner state, expressed through color, rhythm, and form. The artist admits that she rarely follows a specific theme, preferring to let her feelings flow freely onto the canvas.

Moko Khachatryan actively exhibits both in Armenia and abroad: in Paris, Beirut, Dubai, Moscow, Zurich, and New York. Her works are held in private and institutional collections across various countries.
