Muscovites had long awaited the opening of this splendid mansion of the early nineteenth century — the creation of the great architect Domenico Gilardi. And now the doors of the "Lunin House" on Suvorovsky Boulevard are thrown open to visitors. Specialists of the Mosrestavratsiya trust have returned the house to its original appearance. Its new owner is the State Museum of Oriental Art. The museum's first spring opening is an exhibition of works by Rudolf Khachatryan, Honored Artist of the Armenian SSR.
